New video recordings need to be processed before they are available. Processing time will depend on the length of the recording. We’ll send you an email when it’s ready! When the download request is ready, click the download button and the video will download to your phone.

iOS

Files will download to your default file folder. If you need to find your files later or are having trouble finding the open downloads button in your browser you can find your downloads by navigating to your files folder.
Downloads are automatically added to your iCloud drive folder in the “Downloads” folder.

Note: If you’re still having trouble locating your files, you may also find them in your File Browser under the “On my iPhone” in your browsers download folder.

Android

Press the Home button to go to the main screen of your device.

This is where all your installed apps are listed. Tap on the icon that looks like a grid of squares or circles usually located at the bottom of your screen.

Scroll through your apps or use the search bar at the top to find the app that manages files on your device. It might be labeled as "Files", "File Manager", or something similar.

Tap on the "Files" app icon to open it.

In the Files app, you'll typically see various folders such as "Documents", "Pictures", "Music", etc. Look for the folder labeled "Downloads" and tap on it to open it.

Once you've opened the "Downloads" folder, you'll see a list of all the files you've downloaded on your device. These files may include images, videos, documents, APKs (Android application packages), etc.

You can tap on any file to open it or long-press to select multiple files. Depending on the file type and the apps installed on your device, you can perform various actions such as opening, sharing, deleting, or moving the files.

That's it! You've successfully located your downloads on your Android device.
